Ingredients:  
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 c. milk
1 beaten egg
3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
1/8 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar
2. In another bowl mix egg, milk, butter, and vanilla together
3. Combine milk mixture with flour mixture
4. Mix only enough to moisten, leave slightly lumpy
5. Fry on hot, lightly buttered skillet
6. Pour approximately 1/4 cup of pancake mixture on skillet (one pancake)
7. When bubbles form across pancake surface, flip them over and fry the other side until brown
