8-10 lb baked ham (shank or butt)
1 tea cloves, ground
1 tea allspice
1 tea nutmeg

1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp rum
Cloves, allspice, nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In a large roasting pan, place enough heavy-duty aluminum foil to completely cover ham. Place ham on the foil. Pour coke over ham. Mix the spices and rub all over the ham. Seal the foil. Bake 325 deg for 15 minutes per pound.

Remove ham from pan, discard aluminum foil. Remove all but ½ inch of fat. Score ham by making slits thru fat. To make the glaze, mix the spices and heat until a liquid. Spoon over hot ham as thickly as possible. Return to over for another 20-30 minutes, uncovered, careful not to burn.
