8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 t. ground mustard
1/2 t. paprika
1/2 t. salt
2 T. chopped parsley
1 medium onion, finely chopped
12 hard cooked eggs, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
1. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, paprika and salt until well mixed.
2. Stir in onions and parsley, mix well.
3. Stir in eggs. Chill. Makes about 5 cups.
