Ingredients:
Organic Corn Tortillas
1 pice of Cod per person
Green Cabbage sliced thin
Al's Taco Salad saúde

Directions:
Directions:
Cut thawed cod with scissors into small squares. Saute it coconut oil or olive oil breaking fish pieces a part. It won't take long to cook the fish. Season with salt and pepper.

In a hot cast iron skillet heat corn tortillas 30 seconds, then turn to other side and heat 60 seconds then turn back to first side and heat 30 more seconds. When the tortillas start to puff up or form a bubble they are done. Different brands cook differently. When you remove tortillas from the pan to cook more, fold the done ones in half on a paper towel.

Load each fold tortillas with cod, cabbage and a drizzle of sauce across the top.

Personal Notes:
If you don't want to make Al's Taco Salad Sauce combine Mayonnaise, Ketchup, relish and a little tabasco or hot sauce to make a sauce.
