2 ½ cups warm water
2 Tbs Sugar
2 pkgs Yeast
Combine and let yeast dissolve
Add:
1 Tbs Salt
2 Tbs Oil
3 cups Flour
Mix well

Directions:
Directions:
Stir down every 10 minutes for 50 minutes.
Cut in half and roll out 9x12. Roll tight loaf, pinch ends.
Place on cookie sheet that has been sprinkled with corn meal.
Raise 1 -1 ½ hours
Cut 3 diagonal cuts on top, spread with beaten egg.
Bake at 400 degrees for 25-30 minutes
