1 pint heavy cream
1/2 cup butter
2 T. cream cheese
1/2 - 3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1 tsp. garlic powder

Directions:
In a saucepan combine butter, heavy cream, and cream cheese. Simmer until melted and mixed well. Add parmesan cheese and simmer for 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
