4 cups low sodium chicken broth
1 tablespoon sugar
2 cans (14 1/2 oz.) cream style corn
1 large potato - diced
2 large poblano chiles - seeded and diced
1 package (10 oz.) frozen corn - thawed
1 lb. skinless, boneless chicken breasts - cubed
1/2 lb. chorizo
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:
Directions:
* Place broth, sugar, canned corn, potato, chiles, frozen corn, chicken and chorizo in a slow cooker.
* Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
* Stir in cream and cilantro

*OPTIONAL* (but good) - Roast the chiles and corn
*Before adding to cooker - place chiles and thawed corn in a single layer on a baking pan
*Drizzle with olive oil - bake at 375º for 30 minutes
