1 egg
1 c icing sugar
½ c chopped walnuts
½ c graham wafer crumbs
2 squares unsweetened chocolate or 6 tbsp cocoa + 2 tbsp butter melted
2 tbsp butter
25 coloured marshmallows, cut into squares (or substitute mini marshmallows)

Beat egg. Add icing sugar. Melt chocolate then mix in butter. Add this mixture, walnuts, and wafer crumbs and mix all together. Fold in marshmallows. Shape into a roll in wax paper, then roll in coconut. Wrap in foil, chill in refrigerator and slice when needed.
