Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 tsp ground oregano
1 tsp all purpose flour
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp cayenne powder

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix together all seasonings in small bowl. Place ground beef in large bowl and use your hands to blend in the spice mixture. Pick up the meat and throw it down with force about 20 times, kneading after each throw. This helps hold the meat together better when slicing. Form the meat into a loaf and place on broiler pan or cookie sheet. Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes in preheated oven. Turn loaf about half way through to ensure even cooking. For crispier/chewier texture, slice and fry in pan for a few minutes after removing from oven.
