5lb. Pork Loin
2 cans Enchilada Sauce
1 small jar of Salsa
1 Onion
1 Green Pepper
1 small can Jalapeņos
1 small can Green Chilies
Directions:
Directions:
Place Pork in CrockPot and pour everything else over the top.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.

Serve in Corn Tortillas. With beans,rice,chips.
