2 Lbs Shrimp, cooked tails on or off
1 cup chopped grape tomato
2/3 cup cucumber - seeded and chop very fine
1 small red onion - chop very fine
3 Jalapeņo pepper - seed and chop very fine
2 Avacados - chop medium size
3 cloves garlic - moinced
sea salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp sugar
2 limes - zest 1 tsp, juice both
1/2 cup fresh cilantro - chop fine
1 tsp hot sauce

Mix all ingredients together day before serving.
