6 chicken breasts
salt and pepper
flour
2 eggs
bread crumbs
parsley to taste
garlic to taste
parmesan cheese to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken breasts in half to make them thinner. Sprinkle on salt and pepper evenly. Cover chicken with flour. Dip chicken in beaten eggs. Mix bread crumbs with parsley, garlic and parmesan. Completely cover the chicken with last mixture.
Fry with olive oil until golden.
