3 T. salad oil
1 lb. ground chuck
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 #2 can tomatoes
1-6 oz. can tomato paste
1 lb. ricotta or cottage cheese
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles
1/2 c. onion
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
3 T. snipped parsley
1-8 oz. can tomato sauce
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute meat and onions in hot oil. Add garlic, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, tomato sauce, tomato paste and tomatoes. Simmer covered for 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles as directed. In baking dish alternate 1/3 noodles, 1/3 meat, 1/3 cheeses ending with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
