1 stick butter
3 tbsp. confectioners sugar
1 cup sifted flour
1 cup nuts (finely chopped)
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, and vanilla until creamy. Gradually add flour. Add nuts.
Refrigerate for 2 hours. Drop on un-greased cookie sheet by teaspoon full.
Bake for 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Then roll in powdered sugar. Then roll again for more coverage. Makes about 30 balls.
