1 large head cauliflower
½ tsp salt
10 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
4 oz pkg cheddar cheese, shredded (1 c.)
⅓ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp curry powder
¾ c. dried bread crumbs
2 Tb butter or margarine, melted

Preheat oven to 350º F

Break cauliflower into flowerets

In large covered saucepan over medium-low heat, cook cauliflower in 1” boiling water with salt for 10 mins, drain well

In a 2 quart casserole, stir together undiluted soup, cheese, mayonnaise, and curry powder

Add cauliflower, mix well

Toss bread crumbs in melted butter, sprinkle on top

Bake 30 mins or until casserole is hot and bubbly
