3 cold baked Idaho potatoes, cut into spears
1/2 c. Catalina Fat Free dressing
1 T. garlic powder
1 T. parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
2. Toss potato spears with dressing. Sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley. Place on cookie sheet.
3. Bake 20 minutes or until crispy. Serves 4.
