Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cups flour
2 tsp yeast (1 envelope)
1 1/2 tsp salt
4 T Olive oil
1 1/3 cup warm water
1/2 tsp garlic powder

Proscuitto Ham
Salami
Pepperoni
Canadian Bacon
Provolone Cheese
Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese
Italian Seasoning
Dried Minced garlic
Milk
Marinara Sauce for dipping

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first six ingredients, place in a bowl and cover with a towel and let rise in a warm spot until doubled in size (approximately 3 hours). Punch down, divide in half and roll out each half into a rectangle about 1/4" thick and 8 to 10 inches wide. Layer at least 3 of the meats listed above and the Provolone and Mozzarella cheese down the middle of each rectangle leaving enough on each side to fold over the top. It works best to alternate meat and cheese, starting and ending with meat. Using a butter knife cut the edges into 1" strips and fold lattice style over the top of the meat/cheese layer. Brush the top with milk, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and minced garlic. bake at 375 degrees until light brown (approximately 20 minutes). Slice and serve with Marinara sauce for dipping.
