Rue: 6-7 ox oil
1 t garlic
pinch thyme
3/8 t white pepper
1/2-3/4 t dry mustard
1/2-3/4 c flour
half and half at room temperature

36 oz cheddar cheese

1/2 cherry cooking wine

diced potatoes

Directions:
Directions:
Make rue, when getting thick, add 1/2 cherry cooking wine. Do not let boil. Can make several days in advance. Add milk if too thick. Pour over diced potatoes and cook 350 degrees for 35 minutes. If potatoes are cooked, bake for 35 minutes.
