1/3 c. sliced green onion
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 c. half and half
1 c. milk
2 T. lemon juice
6 oz. crab meat
1 c. cooked shrimp
1-6 oz. can sliced water chestnuts
3 c. cooked rice
2 T. diced pimentos
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute green onion in butter until tender. Blend in flour, salt and pepper. Add half and half and the milk. Stir and cook until thick and smooth. Stir in crab meat, shrimp, water chestnuts, rice, pimentos and 1/2 c. cheese. Spoon into 6 ten oz casseroles or ramekins. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake in moderate oven 25 minutes or until bubbly.
