2 1/2 oz unflavored gelatin
1 c. cold water
1 qts. boiling water
2 c. sugar
1 T. salt
7/8 c. cider vinegar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 qt. shredded cabbage
3 c. chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
3 1/2 oz. pimentos

Directions:
Directions:
Stir gelatin in cold water. Mix with boiling water, sugar and salt stirring until dissolved. Cool and add vinegar and lemon juice. Stir and partly set. Combine all ingredients and pour into individual molds or pans. Refrigerate until set. Serve on lettuce leaf.
