4 eggs
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 cake flour
1 tsp baking powder
3/4 c. water
1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Separate eggs and thoroughly beat yolks.
Add sugar gradually, while betaing.
Add flavoirng, water and 1 c. flour.
Sift baking powder with 1/2 c. flour and fold into the batter.
Beat egg whites until very stiff (peaks) and fold into the batter.
Pour batter evenly into greased pan that is lined with waxed paper and bake for 30-35 minutes in 350º
Invert onto moist towel or flour bag.
