1/2 t salt
1/2 t ground cumin
1/2 t chili powder
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t oregano
1 1/2 lb top sirloin trimmed
1 T olive oil
1 red pepper, sliced into 1/2 in slices
1 spanish onions, sliced into 1/2 in slices
4 10 inch flour tortillas

Spray grill grate with cooking spray and preheat to medium
In a small bowl, combine salt, cumin, chili powder,pepper and oregano. Sprinkle mixture on both sides of meat. Place meat on grill and cook for 10-15 min, turning once or until desired doneness is reached. Remove form grill and let stand for 15 min.
While the meat is standing, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add peppers and onion and saute for 5 min or until vegetables are crisp tender. Slice meat into thin strips. Divide meat and vegetables evenly among the tortillas and serve with your favorite condiments.
