1 can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup lemon juice
4 lg egg yolks
½ teaspoon lemon extract
Graham cracker pie crust
Vanilla wafers (to edge crust)
Reddi-whip topping (or pint of whipped cream preferably)

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl combine: Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, egg yolks, lemon extract. Beat until mixture becomes thick and smooth. Pour into pie crust, and then stand vanilla wafers around the rim.

Bake at 300 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool and refrigerate. Top with whipped cream when ready to serve.
