1 package Wacky Mac
1 package cheese stuffed tortellini
I cup Orzo pasta
2 Good Seasons Zesty Italian dressing mix, made per pkg directions
2 tbl balsamic vinegar
1 tbl sugar
I can black olives, sliced in half
Thinly sliced red bell pepper, to taste
Thinly sliced red onion, to taste
Olive tapenade, to your taste (can find at Public’s deli case)
1 container Feta cheese crumbles
1 jar Marinated artichoke hearts, sliced in large pieces
Sliced grape tomatoes (or marinated tomatoes)
Cracked black pepper
Fresh basil, torn in pieces

Directions:
Cook each pasta according to package directions. Make up salad dressing per packet instructions, add balsamic vinegar & sugar and mix well. Add all the other ingredients and toss. Add fresh basil when ready to serve.

(I always keep homemade classic Italian dressing on hand – 1 part vinegar to 3 parts olive oil, add balsamic vinegar to taste. But Good Seasonings is a good substitute otherwise.)

You could add just about anything to this recipe that you find attractive or interesting.
