Ingredients:  
5 cooked chicken breasts, chopped into bite-size pieces (if boiled, then save the broth for later use)
8 oz sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup (or mushroom soup)
1 sleeve of Ritz crackers, crushed
2 tea poppy seeds
salt/pepper
1 cup cooked rice
small bag frozen (or can) vegetables, thawed
2 Tbl softened butter
sm can chicken broth (if needed)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (except for crackers). If the mixture seems dry, add chicken broth until right moisture. Place in greased 9x13 baking dish. In a small bowl mix cracker crumbs with softened butter until mixed well. Top the casserole with crackers crumbs. Bake at 350 deg 30-40 min or until heated thru.
