6 - 8 cups of beef broth (can be from scratch or store bought)
4 - cups of water
1 - pound of cooked ground beef / meatballs
2 - medium potatoes - cubed
2 - medium carrots - cubed
1 - medium onion - diced
2 - stalks of celery - diced
1 - large can of diced tomatoes
1 - cup of uncooked pasta (of choice)
1/4 cup of beef bouillon
1/2 can of tomato paste (add more to thicken to desired consistency)

PREPARE all vegetables accordingly.

HEAT beef stock in large Soup pot. ADD all vegetables, tomatoes and bouillon and bring to boil.

REDUCE head and bring to simmer. After 10 minutes ADD pasta, cooked beef and tomato paste. Continue to simmer, stirring often, until pasta and vegetables are tender.

ADD salt and pepper to taste.
