6 Tbsp milk
4 Tbsp cocoa
1 stick butter (½ cup)
1 pound sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, remove from heat and add cocoa. Stir until cocoa is dissolved and there are no lumps. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, and bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla. Icing will be lumpy if powdered sugar is not sifted. Ice when both cake and icing are warm, but not still hot.
