2 eggs
1 3/4 cup of milk
1/2 cup of oil
2 cups of flour
1 Tbsp. white sugar
4 tsp. of baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

PREHEAT waffle iron

WHISK together the eggs, milk and oil. Set aside.

IN a different bowl, stir together the dry ingredients

BLEND the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until well mixed

ADD a large mixing spoon of batter into hot, greased waffle iron. Cook until golden brown.

SERVE with cool whip, maple syrup & mixed fruit of choice

You can add chocolate chips, blueberries or fruit of choice to the mixture. ALSO, for a healthier substitute, use whole wheat flour.
