12 - jalapeño peppers
1 - pkg of Prosciutto ham
1/2 pkg of cream cheese

Directions:

PREHEAT oven or BBQ to 400ºF

SLICE the peppers in half and remove the seeds....CAREFUL - wear gloves for this step...the seeds burn!

PLACE a heaping tbsp. of cream cheese into center of pepper and wrap with half a slice of Proscuitto ham.

BAKE for 10-15 minutes until cheese is warmed.

Make sure you wear the gloves...or get someone else to clean the peppers....and for those of you who don't like the spicy pepper, substitute mini bell peppers (multi colored)
