20 - med sized mushrooms
1 cup cheddar cheese
3 tbsp. finely chopped onions
3 tbsp. oil
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 tsp. seasoning salt
4 tbsp. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
PREHEAT oven or BBQ to 350ºF

WASH mushrooms and remove stems.

FINELY dice half the mushroom stems - the other half is not required.
ADD the diced onion, half the cheddar cheese and the remaining ingredients. Blend ingredients together.

STUFF mushroom tops with mixture and top with remaining cheese.

COOK in the oven or BBQ until mushroom is heated through and cheese is melted.
