8 large potatoes cubed or two small bags of mini potatoes.
3 large dill pickles - cubed
4 hard boiled eggs - sliced

Dressing
1 cup of real mayonnaise (light substitute if desired)
6 tbsp. dill pickle juice
2 tbsp. mustard (Dijon or regular)
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1/3 cup fresh dill - chopped or 1/8 cup dry dill weed

Directions:

DICE and cook potaotes (don't dice mini potatoes - just cook) and boil eggs until hard.

DRESSING: MIX together all of the other ingredients until well blended.

POUR dressing over potatoes and stir until covered. Top with eggs.
