3 c. shredded, skinned and cooked turkey
2 c. sour cream
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 tsp salt
1/3 c. vegetable oil
12 corn tortillas
1 jar salsa

Directions:
Directions:
In a bowl, mix turkey and sour cream, cheese and salt
Heat oil in a 10 inch frying pan over low heat.
Dip the tortillas, one at a time, in the hot oil just until limp (about 5 seconds)
Fill tortillas equally with turkey mixture, roll up and arrange side by side seam down, into a 9x13 baking dish.
Pour salsa evenly over the top.
Bake in 350º oven until heated through, about 20 minutes.
Sprinkle more cheese over top before serving
