1 - bag of fresh baby spinach
1 - pint of strawberries (quartered)
1/2 cup roasted pecans
1/4 cup of goat cheese (optional)

Dressing:
1/2 cup oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
4 tsp. honey
2 tbsp. sesame seeds (optional)
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. worchestershire sauce
2 tbsp. minced onion

Directions:

THOROUGHLY wash spinach and strawberries. Place in large salad bowl.

ADD cheese and pecans to spinach and strawberries. Set aside

WHISK together the remaining ingredients except the pecans and goat cheese.

POUR dressing over salad mix and blend carefully. Serve cold.

If your aren't a fan of goat cheese...skip it...it's optional.
