1 - pkg of cream cheese softened
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup of chicken/vegetable broth
3 pounds of red potatoes (approx. 12 cups - washed and sliced thinly)
2 cups of shredded cheese

Directions:

PREHEAT oven to 350ºF

WASH and thinly slice your potatoes (skins on is an option)

BLEND together all of the other ingredient except half of the shredded cheese

STIR in the potatoes

POUR contents into a greased 9X13 baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.

BAKE 1 hour or until potatoes are cooked and the dish is warmed through
