1/2 lb. margarine
1/2 c. cider vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 tbsp. Worchestershire sauce
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in a sauce pan. Add lemon juice, Worchestershire sauce, honey, salt, and pepper. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vinegar and allow to cool.

If you put this in the refrigerator the margarine will separate out. Just heat it up in the microwave or on the stove and it will easily mix back in.
