2 c. fresh blueberries, blackberries, or sliced peaches
1 stick butter
3/4 c. flour
dash of salt
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Melt butter in the dish you will use to bake your cobbler. (It can melt in the oven while it preheats.) Mix fruit with 1 cup of sugar. Blend remaining 1 cup of sugar, flour, baking powder, salt and milk. Pour batter over the melted butter. DO NOT STIR. Spoon sugared fruit mixture on top. DO NOT MIX. Bake for 1 hour, or until crust is golden brown.
