1/2 lb. noodles, cooked and drained
1-1 1/4 lb. ground beef
1 onion
salt and pepper to taste
2 cans stewed tomatoes (14.5 oz or 15 oz. cans)
3/4 lb. Velveeta

Directions:
Directions:
Place cooked noodles in buttered 9x13 pan. Brown beef with chopped onion and add salt and pepper to taste. Pour beef over noodle layer in pan. Chopped stewed tomatoes if they are too big and pour over beef layer. Place thin slices of Velveeta cheese over stewed tomato layer. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
