"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This has been a recipe since my Mom made it when we were kids. When you are on a budget - it is also a good recipe. My family loves it and another generation of grandkids love it. The only other time I had heard or read "slumgullion" is in the book "Where the Heart Is," a book Rita Grundhauser gave me to read.
