1 C butter
2 C sugar
2 eggs
2 C buttermilk
4 C flour
2 teaspoons baking soda

Cinnamon sugar mixture

2/3 C sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and eggs. Add milk, four, and baking soda. Place half or less of the batter split between 2 greased loaf pans. Mix cinnamon sugar mixture then sprinkle 3/4 of the mixture over the batter in the pans. Add remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar. Swirl with a knife through the batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 20 minutes before removing from pan.
