3 c. uncooked noodles oil 2 beef bouillon cubes 1 c. boiling water 1/4 c. flour 2 T. butter, melted 4 oz. cheese, shredded 1 lb. kielbasa, sliced 1 small onion, chopped 2 ribs celery, diced 2 carrots, grated 1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
Cook noodles until barely tender; drain. Toss with a small amount of oil. Dissolve bouillon in boiling water. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cover and cook on low 2 to 3 hrs. Yield: 4 to 5 servings.
Do not cook any longer than stated time or it will become mushy. Absolutely delicious!
