"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 gallons of red cherry peppers in vinegar, whole
Olive oil and cherry pepper vinegar to taste
Fresh rosemary (chopped), dry thyme, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dry oregano, all to taste
Unseasoned bread crumbs (about 8 cups)
1 dozen Ball canning jars that have about 1/2 inch pepper brining vinegar on the bottom of each one.

Directions:
Directions:
Add the bread crumbs to a large mixing bowl and add some herbs and spices to taste. Add equal parts cherry pepper vinegar and olive oil to the mixture until very mixture is very damp and comes together when squeezed. Taste and readjust seasoning at this point.
Core the peppers with a pairing knife and start stuffing them over the bread crumb bowl. Place the peppers in a pint size Ball canning jar. You should get about 6-7 peppers per jar. Continue with remaining peppers until they are all gone.
Fill each jar about 1/2 way up with olive oil. Working 6 jars at a time, microwave the peppers for 8 minutes. Carefully remove and top off with oil. Put the lids on tightly and turn them upside down for 1 hour. Continue with remaining jars.
