2 Tbs soy sauce
1 Tbs each salt and pepper

Directions:
Remove head and tail and fins from salmon. Run a sharp knife down backbone until salmon opens flat. Place flesh side down in a large dish. Remove backbone (or not).
Combine marinade ingredients and mix well. Pour over salmon and marinade overnight in refrigerator.
When ready to grill, remove salmon from marinade and place skin side down on heavy foil. Barbecue until flesh is opaque and flakes easily, 20-30 minutes. Do not over cook salmon, better to under cook and let it rest for 10 minutes.
Serve.
