6 cups apple, peeled and sliced
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp water
1 tsp lemon juice
1 cup rolled oats
3/4 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, softened

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º. Place apples in up greased 2 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon, water and lemon juice. In a large bowl, combine remaining ingredients, mix with a fork until crumbly. Sprinkle crumb mixture evenly over apples.

Bake at 375º for 20-25 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown.

Serve with ice cream.
