8oz Orzo pasta
Zest of 1 lemon
Juice of 1 lemon
1 bunch of fresh Italian flatleaf parsley
Salt olive oil and pepper to taste
Directions:
Directions:
Cook Orzo according to directions. Drain. Mix remainder of ingredients together with pasta. Serve hot.
