1 c. baking mix (e.g. Biquick)
1 c. milk
4 eggs, beaten
6 T. butter, melted
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. onion powder
pinch of ground nutmeg
4 oz. cooked ham, diced
1 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained well

Directions:
Directions:
Combine baking mix, milk, eggs, butter, mustard, onion powder and nutmeg in large mixing bowl. Blend until smooth. Stir in ham, cheese, onions and pineapple. Pour into a greased 9 in. pie pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 to 40 min. or until set. Yield: 6 servings.
