1/4 cup Rice or cider vinegar
1 tsp Grated lime rind
3 tbsp Lime juice
2 tbsp Minced fresh coriander
1 tbsp Fancy molasses
2 tsp Vegetable Oil
1 Clove, garlic, minced
1 tsp Ground cumin
1/4 tsp Salt
3 lb Jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined

In bowl, whisk vinegar, rind, juice, coriander, molasses, oil, garlic, cumin, and salt. Add shrimp, toss to coat. Cover; let stand for 30 minutes. Reserving marinade, cover and cook shrimp on greased grill over medium-high heat, turning once and basting with marinade, for 3 or 4 minutes or until bright pink. Serve warm or cold.
