1/2 c. butter
7 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
1/2 t. salt
1 1/4 c. flour
1/3 c. sugar
1 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375º.
In 9"x13" baking dish melt butter.
Combine eggs, milk, and salt in blender or with mixer till fluffy.
Tap flour slowly into egg mixture until blended.
Add sugar and vanilla.
When butter is bubbly, pour egg batter into pan of butter.
Return pan to oven and bake 25 minutes.
Cut pancakes in squares and serve hot with powdered sugar, favorite syrups, jam or fruit.

We acquired this recipe from friends when we lived in Wyoming. It is a favorite breakfast of my children and now my grandchildren. Enjoy!
