2 cups whole wheat flour
1/2 cup quick oats
1/3 cup shredded cheddar
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
2 tbsp oil

PREHEAT oven to 350F

PREPARE a baking sheet with lined parchment paper

MIX In a large bowl, all ingredients and about 3 tablespoons water to form a dough. Roll out mixture between two sheets of plastic wrap to 1/4-inch thick; remove plastic wrap and cut out biscuits with a bone-shaped cookie cutter or cutter of choice. Reroll scraps and continue cutting out biscuits

SPACE biscuits 1 inch apart on prepared baking sheet.

BAKE 30 minutes or until nicely browned and firm

TRANSFER biscuits to a wire rack, Store in an airtight container up to 2 weeks
