Hot roll mix or frozen dough
1 stick of butter
1 c. chopped pecans
12 pecan halves
1 c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Make dough according to package or thaw dough.
Let rise in a bowl about 1 hour.
Take out dough and flatten out with a rolling pin.
Soften butter and spread on dough.
Sprinkle generous amount of brown sugar and top with pecans.
Roll up like a jelly roll and cut into 12 slices.
Using a 12 cup muffin pan, coat with butter or spray with Pam©.
Put a pat of butter, brown sugar and 1 halved pecan on the bottom of each muffin cup.
Place each roll in the muffin tins and let rise again, about 1 hour.
Bake at 325º for 20 minutes.
Take out of the oven and let cool for 3 minutes, then invert to allow for easy pop out and so topping won't separate from rolls.

These are the best. My mom made these for most holidays. We never got tired of them. The more topping the better. It would be like eating candy.
