Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1lb sliced bacon cut into 1/2" strips
1 1/2-2 c chopped celery
large yellow onion chopped
3 packages stuffing croutons with seasoning packet
2 eggs
Swanson's Chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
1/2-1tsp ground sage (more or less to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet brown cook bacon. When bacon is almost done add celery and onions and continue cooking until bacon is crispy and the onions are limp. Set aside

In a very large mixing bowl add the stuffing croutons, bacon mixture with drippings, seasoning packets, eggs, salt, pepper. Add the chicken broth and mix thoroughly. (The mixture should be pretty moist) Add more sage to taste.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
This will stuff up to a 20lb turkey with extra. Place the remaining dressing in a greased (PAM) covered baking dish. The extra can be baked with either the turkey (last hour) or separately. The dressing in the turkey will be more moist than the baked dressing. I prefer to mix the two together before serving.
